We are seeking a talented pizza maker to craft top-notch pizzas based on customer requests.
The responsibilities of the pizza maker include preparing pizza dough, slicing various ingredients, and maintaining cleanliness in the pizza ovens.
It is important to uphold a tidy workstation consistently.To excel as a pizza maker, adherence to kitchen safety guidelines is crucial. Ultimately, an outstanding pizza maker should be able to guide and support kitchen staff.
Responsibilities:
- Preparing pizza dough, sauces, and an array of toppings like tomatoes, peppers, mushrooms, onions, and meats.
- Monitoring oven temperatures and cooking durations.
- Crafting high-quality pizzas following company recipes.
- Managing inventory and replenishing supplies as required.
- Sanitizing workstations before pizza preparation.
- Ensuring sterilization of utensils and cooking tools before use.
- Plating or packaging pizzas appropriately.
- Handling all food orders and ensuring prompt completion for customers.
- Discarding expired or spoiled ingredients at the end of each shift.
