- Provides indirect care in the Telemetry/Med-Surg department setting.
- Monitors cardiac rhythms via direct cardiac screen or telemetry monitors.
- Meets the communication needs of the department.
- Maintains logbooks and patient information for ADT tracking.
- Assists at the unit station as assigned. Prepares and compiles records in the department

- Successful completion of a dysrhythmia recognition course (required)
- Current BCLS (required)
- Able to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing(required).
- Basic computer knowledge (required).
- One (1) year of Monitor Tech experience (preferred).
