    CACI is hiring a

    Program Analyst

    – Airborne Mine Countermeasures

    to work onsite at the Washington Navy Yard in D.C.

    Applicants with active Secret-level clearance, experience with DoD, Navy Systems Command Program Office, including NAVWAR, NAVSEA, or NAVAIR and Project Management Professional (PMP) or Defense Acquisition Workforce Improvement Act (DAWIA) Program Management Level III certification preferred.


    What You'll Get to Do:
    Deliver program management, acquisition, and logistics support to the NAVSEA Mine Warfare Program Office.


    Work in a team environment to meet client challenges and analyze new solutions using analytical techniques and referencing statutory, regulatory, and policy analysis updates.

    Build and utilize expertise in program management, contract management, acquisition, and logistics and apply it to client problems.

    Build and maintain essential relationships with direct clients and supporting commands.


    More About the Role:
    Support an Assistant Program Manager by performing a variety of complex tasks in support of Navy acquisition programs.

    Participate in technical and non-technical meetings, identifying and resolving program issues to ensure customer needs are met.

    Prepare reports and briefings with program schedule and financial status as well as highlights, challenges, issues, and risks.

    Analyze data and develop strategies to improve program performance.


    Engage in financial planning and execution process to include tracking of all funds needed by Government warfare centers and hardware contractors to support program goals.


    You'll Bring These Qualifications:


    Bachelor's Degree in Business preferred or Bachelor's degree in another related field with at least 24 hours in Business classes/training.

    5+ years or more of project management experience, preferably in naval acquisition.

    Secret clearance.

    Strong oral and written communication skills and a background in working with multidisciplinary teams.

    Ability to prioritize workload and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

    Detail oriented with very good organization skills.

    Proficient in MS Office 365 suite including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

    These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:
    Experience supporting a Navy Systems Command Program Office, including NAVWAR, NAVSEA, or NAVAIR.

    MA or MS degree.

    Project Management Professional (PMP).

    Defense Acquisition Workforce Improvement Act (DAWIA) Acquisition Professional Certification (particularly in Business/Financial Management, Contracting, or Program Management).

    Knowledge of DoD and the Adaptive Acquisition Framework.

    General knowledge of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation (DFAR).

    Experience with contracts management and financial management to include familiarity with broad array of contract types and appropriations.

    Experience with Navy Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP).

    Experience with NAVSEA Enterprise Planning System (NEPS).

    Experience with Microsoft Project.

    Understanding of support to the Fleet.


    Prior work experience in military or military environments may be particularly useful as may experience with ships or aviation/helicopter organizations.
