    Pay:

    Experienced Technician $30-$40 flat rate hour, depending on experience with annual compensation of $62,400- $120,000 and increased earnings potential based on productivity/hours.


    All new regular full-time employees begin accruing 4 hours of PTO per pay period and increases after your first year.

    Part-Time employees will accrue PTO at an hourly rate of .Available benefit options include medical, dental, vision, Health Savings account, Flexible Spending account, basic and voluntary life insurance, and short- & long-term disability.

    Benefit eligibility begins the first of the month following 60 days of full-time employment subject to the terms of the applicable benefit plan.

    Paid Holidays:

    Hannah Motor Company offers 5 paid holidays per year to Technicians subject to completion of the introductory period and other eligibility requirements as per company policy.

    • Apprenticeship program

    Responsibilities * Performs work as outlined on repair orders with efficiency and accuracy, in accordance with dealership and factory standards.


    • Communicates with parts department to obtain needed parts.
    • Saves and tags parts of the job if under warranty or if requested by the customer.
    • Examines assigned vehicle to determine if further safety or service work is required or recommended.
    • Communicates with service advisor immediately if additional work is needed, if work outlined is not needed, or if repairs cannot be completed within the promised time.
    • Documents all work performed and recommended on the repair order.
    • Participates in manufacturer-sponsored training programs, schools, and events.
    • Ensures that customers' cars are kept clean. Notifies service advisor immediately of anything that has happened to change the appearance or condition of the vehicle.
    Physical ability to use computer hardware/software.
