Now Hiring: Maintenance Assistant (Full-Time)
A respected healthcare provider in Florida is currently seeking a Maintenance Assistant to join our team. This full-time, hands-on role supports the day-to-day upkeep of a skilled nursing facility, ensuring a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for residents and staff.
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM.
The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, and experienced in general maintenance tasks including basic repairs, preventative maintenance, and facility upkeep.

A respected healthcare provider in Florida is currently seeking a Maintenance Assistant to join our team. This full-time, hands-on role supports the day-to-day upkeep of a skilled nursing facility, ensuring a safe and comfortable environment for our residents and staff.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs (electrical, plumbing, HVAC, etc.)
- Assist with facility inspections and compliance tasks
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace
- Support Director of Maintenance as needed
Requirements:
- Previous maintenance experience, preferably in a healthcare or similar setting
- Strong troubleshooting skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliability and professionalism are a must
- On-call availability on a rotating basis
