- We are growing and are looking for a passionate and driven experienced Immigration Paralegal to join our USCIS team.
- Under the direction of the COO and Legal Program Manager the Paralegal II will assist attorney(s) by providing clerical and research support services including document preparation, evidence packages, declarations; interviewing clients and witnesses; research, investigations, and fact-checking; and trial preparation.
- The ideal candidate will be well-organized and comfortable multi-tasking with proven success in preparing Asylum, Cancellation of Removal, and waivers forms.
- Preparation of USCIS forms, evidence list and legal memos and letters for Asylum, Cancellation of Removal, I-601A, I-601, I-212, I-237h waivers.
- Conduct research on immigration law and procedures;
- At least 3 years experience as an Immigration Paralegal exclusively with EOIR, asylum, and USCIS cases, including waivers and cancellation of removals
- Proficiency in Arabic language preferred
