- Bachelor's or Associates degree in information technology or a related field; or relevant experience considered.
- Experience with providing "help desk" service, monitoring cybersecurity concerns.
- Driver's license
- Thorough understanding of technology systems.
- Competent to work at the highest technical level of PC installation and trouble-shooting activities to complete complex assignments.
- Skill in solving complex technical issues independently.
- Comprehensive knowledge of all Microsoft suite of products.
- Ability to be a part of a small technical team which is willing to pitch in on the least complex to most complex business challenges.
- Excellent communication skills with ability to communicate complex technical issues in an end-user friendly manner.
- Solid project management skills and good understanding of best practices in project management.
- Ability to travel within our footprint and occasionally outside our footprint for training
