    Experienced Pediatric - GI opening in Phoenix, AZ

    Position Overview:
    Opening located in Phoenix, AZFull Time; PermanentEmployedJ1/H1b SponsoredWork in a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC)

    FQHCs qualify for Federal and State sponsored loan repayment programs. The current facility scores within the system are 21.Opportunity to teach students and residents serving a patient population primarily composed of an underserved communityNot-for-profit (501C3)Position offers an outstanding work environment, competitive compensation plan/benefits package, paid time off, CME allowance with paid time off and employer paid malpractice insuranceThe clinical practice includes L&D, neonatal and general pediatric surgery, general surgery, robotic surgery, neurosurgery, ENT, plastics, burn, level I trauma, orthopedics, podiatric surgery, and special procedures outside the ORDiagnose and manage a full spectrum of pediatric GI disordersPerform pediatric endoscopic and related proceduresEngage in teaching and mentoring as part of a resident training programWork collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team environmentOpportunity to treat a diverse and underserved patient populationQualifications:
    Board Certified/Eligible in Pediatric GastroenterologyStrong clinical expertise in pediatric GI care and proceduresExcellent teaching and communication skillsSpanish proficiency is beneficial but not requiredOpen to experienced physicians and new fellowship graduates
