    We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Operational Auditing Specialist to enhance our internal processes, controls, and risk management. Your key responsibilities will include assessing operational efficiency, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures, and identifying areas for improvement.

    This is a hybrid position requiring in-office work in Salt Lake City, Utah, Louisville, Colorado, or Indianapolis, Indiana, with some travel within the US and internationally as needed.

    Responsibilities:

    • Conduct thorough audits of operational processes to guarantee compliance with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.

    • Evaluate the effectiveness of operational controls and risk management practices.

    • Identify opportunities for improvement and recommend actionable solutions to boost operational effectiveness.

    • Work with cross-functional teams to assess risks, develop audit plans, and carry out audit procedures.

    • Document audit findings, prepare comprehensive reports, and communicate results to management.

    • Provide guidance and recommendations to operational teams on best practices and process enhancements.

    • Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and emerging risks to continuously refine audit methodologies.

    • Participate in special projects and ad-hoc assignments as necessary.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Economics, or a related field.

    • A minimum of 3 years of experience in auditing, risk management, operational processes, or related fields.

    • Outstanding analytical skills and a keen attention to detail.

    • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

    • Proven ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

    The expected salary for this position, at commencement of employment, is between $83,000 and $99,450 annually, with the possibility of additional performance-based compensation and a comprehensive range of benefits. Details of participation in these programs will be provided upon a job offer. If hired, the employee will be in an "at-will position," and the company reserves the right to modify salary and compensation at any time, including based on individual performance and market factors.
