Description

• The position is for Program Manager II: The candidate shall support daily program activities of the DDG MOD Program. The candidate shall have knowledge of waterfront operations as related to ship modernization and program/project management, to include engineering, financial management, risk management, scheduling, planning, and oversight of task progress.
• The candidate will support the NSWCPD Program Manager in the execution of their duties through the tracking of key schedule milestones, deliverables, action items, procurements and potentially financial metrics and training of Ship Management Representatives (SMR's).
• The candidate may be required to support meetings in Philadelphia monthly and must be able to attend all required customer meetings.
• The candidate shall know how to use Microsoft Office and Microsoft Excel.

• Minimum Experience: Ten (10) years of experience in program/project management, to include engineering, financial management, risk management, scheduling, planning, and oversight of task progress. 5 years of experience in U.S. Navy programs or operations.
• Must be a U.S. citizen.
• A secret security clearance.

• Minimum Education: Bachelor's level degree in any technical or managerial discipline.
