    Job Summary

    The Rental Coordinator works in conjunction with our Rental and Logistics Manager collaborating closely with Account Executives to support and process all short- and long-term rental solutions as well as logistics services for the sales and Support, Execution, Assets and Logistics (SEAL) teams. The Rental Coordinator sources, quotes, and processes rental orders as well as tracks rental assets and invoicing throughout the rental life cycle. The work of the Rental Coordinator is essential to the initial and ongoing phases of our overall customer solution strategy. The ideal candidate enjoys a dynamic team environment, multi-tasking and is proficient at managing competing priorities.

    Resource Profile

    The Rental Coordinator is a supporting role on the SEAL team. The role requires the ability to assemble detailed information from multiple sources, organize and formulate the solution with accuracy and timeliness. They must be able to coordinate rental solutions from order to implementation remotely and with excellence. They are quality and customer focused. They are the executor of rental order fulfillment and supporting contact for logistics. Attention to detail, well organized, excellent communicator and being patient under pressure are critical to the success of this role.

    Primary Responsibilities

    • Process and track rental orders via rental management program
    • Coordinate, compile and provide rental quotes and agreement documentation to customer or to sales
    • Compile rental equipment specifications via the sales professional or customer for accurate and timely order fulfillment
    • Coordinate with 3rd party partners for sourcing and preparation of rental equipment solutions
    • Coordinate and communicate logistics of equipment deliveries/pick-ups with Transaction Managers and customer
    • Coordinate and communicate logistics with financial team on EOL returns
    • Process monthly rental invoices via RMP or Accounting
    • Review and approve vendor invoices for payment
    • Create, update, and inactivate rentals in Salesforce
    • Communicate with CSM & Data teams
    • Other duties as assigned by Rental Manager
    Requirements:
    • Customer service experience, minimum 3 years
    • High School Diploma required; Associates Degree preferred
    • 1-2 years of previous Material Handling Equipment rental experience a plus
    • Working knowledge of MH and aerial equipment preferred
    • Proficient with Excel and Word expected
    • Working knowledge of Salesforce preferred
    • Experience with rental management program(s) a plus
    • The selected candidate will be required to pass a criminal history background check.

    Office Work Environment

This work may be performed in an office near a warehouse environment. Employees may work with co-workers side-by-side with a moderate level of activity being performed. The noise level in the work environment is light to moderate.
