    Description
    Overview At all levels, our Schedule Analysts will utilize and enhance their skills in Schedule Management in a SETA capacity by supporting programs related to the development and acquisition of space vehicles for various legacy programs of the DOD and Intelligence communities
    These positions focus on the analysis of Schedules to ensure deliverables can be made on time and recommend changes where possible
    Our Schedule analysts are NOT involved in building schedules from scratch
    The support and expertise you provide will directly impact the objectives of our national defense and security
    Responsibilities Tecolote Research is seeking an Enterprise Schedule Analyst to lead and oversee regular reporting of schedule information for designated review activities and for leadership awareness
    The Lead Enterprise Schedule Analyst shall


    • Work with systems engineers and program, project, and segment managers to provide leadership of schedule development and management activities
    • Oversee the development of integrated schedules
    • Collect and review program, project and segment data for updating and maintaining integrated schedules
    • Conduct critical path analysis
    • Identify schedule dependencies
    • Conduct 'What-if?' analyses
    • Provide comprehensive visualization/reporting Skills Required
    • Bachelor's degree in technical or scientific fields such as Engineering, Physics, Mathematics, Operations Research, Engineering Management, Computer Science, Information Technology, Management Information Systems, or related STEM degree program preferred
    • Active Tops Secret (TS) / Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) clearance with Counter Intelligence (CI) polygraph is required
    • Must have expert-level scheduling experience (10 years or more)
    • Demonstrated proficiency in management and operation of Microsoft Project, Primavera, or similar scheduling tool/service for definition, maintenance and reporting of program, project and enterprise level schedule information
    • Must have at least five (5) years of work experience in government or industry establishing, managing, and/or leading a tool-based schedule management and reporting processes for traditional and Agile based efforts Education Bachelor's degree required, preferably in math, engineering, or the sciences.
