    Overview: Role

    The Marketing Manager will be responsible for all web content, digital communications, and field marketing strategies and execution. This is a unique opportunity for someone to help create and set strategy as well as execute. The role will combine pragmatism with creative energy. You will partner with the VP of Marketing and other team members to grow our brands and drive financial results by creating & implementing marketing strategies that drive awareness and bookings to our properties, grow our audiences and keep them engaged.

    Responsibilities:

    • Develop and optimize an integrated marketing plan with the VP of Marketing in close coordination with the Operations team.
    • Work with VP of Marketing, Director of Ops, and General Managers to understand business needs, promotions and revenue drivers to optimize marketing strategies and channels.
    • Implement marketing plan through the development and execution of marketing and content calendars across all channels with a focus on email, web and social.
    • Create and implement content across all marketing channels.
    • Own all reporting for marketing channels. Responsible for setting and monitoring KPIs and delivering regular reporting on key metrics along with learnings, insights and recommendations on how to improve marketing effectiveness to achieve business objectives.
    • Develop email campaigns and automated email programs to create engaging, personalized customer journeys for Collective Retreats, Conservatory Collective and managed properties.
    • Partner with the digital marketing agency to test, learn and iterate marketing messages, landing pages and implement SEO strategies.
    • Maintain and optimize website and booking engine for all entities.
    • Responsible for the presentation of all properties across digital channels, regular audits required to ensure all information is accurate and best reflects the property.
    • Meet regularly with operations (basecamp & GMs) and revenue management to collaborate on marketing plans and ways to support based on trends and pace to budget.
    • Collaborate with designers and copywriters to develop all necessary marketing assets and templates (web, digital, social, email, print, etc.) while also being able to step in with copywriting and design.
    • Determine content needs in support of marketing plan.
    • Monitor, track and report on digital email, and social media channels as well as TripAdvisor, Google, and other online reviews
    • Stay up-to-date with digital technology trends
    • Create engaging and shareable content for internal channels, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, monthly newsletters and/or promotional videos.
    • Provide community feedback to the leadership, GMs, and stakeholders.
    • Monitor all campaigns performance across all channels and analyze web traffic and results and prepare reports showing results and production against key performance indicators (KPIs).
    • Find new marketing and outreach opportunities to push brand image and products.

    Desired Skills and Experience:

    • Must have a passion for what we are building, the brand, and creating a truly unique guest experience.
    • 6+ years marketing experience with specific experience in product, growth and/or integrated marketing.
    • Hands-on email marketing experience, including list development, segmentation, automation and testing strategies.
    • Experience building acquisition and engagement marketing programs.
    • Experience building and executing social media and content strategies to drive brand awareness and engagement.
    • Experience with audience segmentation and A/B testing to drive learnings and optimizations.
    • Strong understanding of Google Analytics (GA4) and Mailchimp.
    • General understanding of CRM and CMS systems.
    • Data junkie - you love numbers and seeing results. You are analytical and can translate data into actionable insights.
    • Customer obsessed - you love learning about trends and understanding the customer.
    • Strong ability to stay organized while juggling multiple projects involving cross-functional stakeholders.
    • Excellent collaboration and communication skills and relationship management skills to keep external and internal stakeholders engaged & accountable.
    • You have a passion or interest in hospitality, nature, and sustainability
    • Reliable and active participant in a remote work culture.
