Brief Summary of the Role:
As the Branch Manager, you will be responsible for working with staff to provide excellent service to our members, coaching and developing assigned staff and overseeing daily operations of the branch.
Main Responsibilities of the Role:
·
Lead the branch team in daily operating functions.
·
Supervise staff of two teller, a head teller, and a branch MSR.
·
Respond to member requests, problems/concerns in a timely and professional manner.
·
Cultivate and maintain solid member relationships through excellent service by identifying and anticipating member needs and making product recommendations.
·
Lead service initiatives and on-boarding efforts.
·
Coach and support staff on service and product knowledge.
·
Conduct regular branch meetings with the staff
·
Coordinating community service/sponsorship/public relations activities
The successful candidate must:
·

Experience:
At least 3-5 years of management experience in a financial institution.
Familiar with Credit Union products and services.
Extensive knowledge of Credit Union policies and processes; awareness of Credit Union vision and long-term goals; knowledge of duties and responsibilities of Member Service Representatives and Assistant Branch Manager.
Acceptable credit rating and criminal background checkNMLS Certification within 30 days of hire
Education:

High school education or equivalent work experience, related bachelor's degree a plus.
Salary Range:
·
$50,000 - $60,000
based on qualifications and experience. Plus bonus, incentive and profit sharing.
