The purpose of this position is to coach and mentor the interaction growth and development of an individual player or team as they perform practice or compete in various competitive tournaments. Prepares implements age appropriate lesson plans introduces instructs key fundamentals rules skills required to play a sport Enforces City parks facilities fields Communicate program expectations goals parents Tracks participants attendance Start end practices games tournaments Conducts skill development assessments provides feedback participant parents Maintains submits attendance performance program related forms records reports Maintains adequate inventory equipment supplies Administers first aid Ensures supervisor updated orally writing activities informed issues Opens monitor closes athletic facilities performs facility maintenance Performs other related duties assigned Excellent communication interpersonal skills ability establish effective working relationships children adults coworkers Ability work well children Friendly courteous times children customers staff Creative with activities children Delegate tasks assistants Take direction supervisory staff.Job description
