Description
Position Description: Provide incarcerated individuals with dental screening/treatment; diagnose and treat diseases, injuries and malformations of teeth gums and related oral structures; perform exams, utilize diagnostic procedures and instruments; clean, fill, extract and replace teeth, design and build crowns, bridges and other oral structures; prescribe medications; plan programs of exams and treatments; provide clinical supervision of dental assistant and other staff assigned to the clinic; document services provided.
Skills Required: Able to provide dental care as indicated in the position description

Experience Required: 3-5 years+

Education Required: DDS or DMD

Additional Information: Must have a current/valid Iowa Dental License
Must be willing/able to work 8-10 hours every Friday (7:00am-3:00pm, 7:00am-4:00pm, or 7:00am-5:00pm).
