    Modern Healthcare Solutions is seeking a local contract nurse RN Electrophysiology Lab for a local contract nursing job in Des Moines, Iowa.

    Position Overview


    We are seeking a skilled healthcare professional to join our team. This position offers four 10-hour shifts per week, starting at 7:00 AM, providing a stable 40-hour workweek. Weekend shifts may be required on an as-needed basis, but there is no on-call duty associated with this position.

    Key Requirements

    • Minimum of 24 months of current experience in Electrophysiology (EP), Cardiac Catheterization Labs (CCL), or Interventional Radiology (IR).
    • Electrophysiology (EP) experience is required.
    • Experience with travel assignments is desirable.
    • Familiarity with the EPIC CUPID electronic medical record system is preferred.
    • Cardiac Cath lab experience is preferred.

    Licensure and Certifications

    • Active Iowa nursing license or compact multi-state license at the time of application.
    • Current AHA (American Heart Association) or ARC (American Red Cross) certification in Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS).
    • Current AHA or ARC certification in Basic Life Support (BLS).
    • A valid driver's license.

    A reference from an immediate supervisor, nurse manager, director, CNO, or COO within the past 24 months is preferred.
