Join a Great Place to Work We are adding a Business Analyst to our Enterprise Technology team to work in close partnership with business stakeholders on new system implementations, software upgrades, and business process re-engineering initiatives.

This is a hybrid role and depending on your schedule for the day and the needs of the business, ATC offers flexibility to work at home or in our offices in Cottage Grove, De Pere or Pewaukee, WI.

You'll use your bachelor's degree in computer science, MIS or related field, or a combination of experience and education, to develop deep partnership with stakeholders across the company and build a detailed understanding of business processes.

Your skills and experience will guide functional and technical requirements definition, system design, and business process workflows. You'll help solution data quality, organizational change management, testing, training, cutover plans, defect management, project issues, action items, etc. Your contributions will strengthen and enhance business capabilities aligned with ATC's strategic objectives and end-state vision.
