    Job Description

    MAKE UP FOR EVER is looking for a TikTok Content Creator and Strategist, based in New York Office and reporting to the Director of Communications. This person helps to drive end-to-end North America TikTok Content Creation, Community Growth and Social Strategy. The candidate will adopt global brand standards to meet the local North American market. This beauty enthusiast will work closely with our makeup artists and communications/marketing teams to create best-in-class beauty content for MAKE UP FOR EVER'S TikTok channel.

    • Be enthusiastic about makeup trends.
    What You'll Do:
    • Ideate and execute a content strategy that aligns with the North America business goals. Elevate our presence on TikTok by creating engaging content and follower growth strategies.
    • Create and edit TikTok content end-to-end utilizing in-house and out-of-house talent, always leveraging trend and global brand standards.
    • Partner with communications, marketing and artistry teams to align on a content calendar that supports the company's sales metrics.
    • Develop community growth tactics for the North America customer that maintains community engagement.
    • Connect with cross functional teams by regularly sharing latest social trends. Drive insights / results on our brand's performance and competitive brand performance against those trends.
    • Assist in community management on own channel and on creator's channels.
    • Monitor audience and engagement data to inform future social strategies.
    • Maintain agile planning and execution to ensure on trend deliverables.
    Qualifications

    Who You Are:
    • 2+ years professional experience creating and editing TikTok videos
    • TikTok and Beauty Enthusiast
    • Fluent in Microsoft office suite
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a high attention to detail
    • Collaborative, team player that can effectively communicate across all levels of the organization
    • Excellent organizational, technical and project management skills
