Description

The Supervisor will supervise employees at a Surface Transfer Center (STC) for the US Postal Service under contract with LGSTX Distribution Services, Inc.

Ensures accurate, timely sorting of mail by employeesPerforms supervisory functions including staffing, personnel interviewing, selection, training, rewards/discipline, performance reviews, attendance, timekeeping and safety complianceMaintains effective communication regarding operational requirements to employeesResponsible for operational policy communication and problem resolution Assists Manager and Shift Managers of STC as necessaryBenefits of working at LGSTXLGSTX Services, Inc.
