    Position Overview:


    The Seller Engagement Tech Lead role will be part of the Seller Engagement team under the Single Family Acquisitions Division.

    The position is responsible for the integration of Freddie Mac process & technology solutions with our customers and vendors.

    The Seller Engagement Tech Lead will manage a portfolio of client integrations, each might span multiple products and/or vendor technology interfaces.

    The role will work strategically with our client sellers to manage scope, schedule, quality, risk and issues, impact on systems and processes.

    This position is part of an account team, assigned to specific client sellers that works in a consultative role with our customers and vendors as technology solutions are delivered to end users.


    Responsibilities:
    Maintain in-depth understanding of assigned customers, as well as Freddie Mac strategic objectives and technology solution roadmap.

    Work in partnership with other account team members to provide strategic solutions for our client sellers to maximize technical integrations in their processes to optimize the overall process and manage a strong Freddie Mac relationship with the client seller.

    Conduct detailed process reviews to map, embed and optimize the assimilation of new tools and functionality into the customer experience and process.

    Collaborate with customers, vendors, and internal business partners to ensure product adoptionEnsure successful system integration testing and verification.

    Be the voice of the customer and translate into improvement opportunities for technology solutions and integration processes and escalate appropriately.

    Successful delivery against stated objectives (both internal and externa/customer).Monitor and report on all integration efforts and outcomes.
    Provide support to customers and vendors on complicated technology issues and solutions.
    Thrive in an environment with changing priorities.


    Qualifications:
    Undergraduate degree or equivalent work experience7-9 years of related professional experiencePrior experience implementing technology solutions with lenders (with lenders as customer)

    Detailed understanding of lender mortgage origination process/environment (people, process and technology)Technical knowledge related to technology platforms, infrastructure and dataStrong facilitation and project management skills with technology focusAbility to report on project level plans to Customers and Vendor partnersSelf-starter who can work independently as well as in a groupKeys to Success in this Role:

    This position has an annualized market-based salary range of $122,000 - $182,000 and is eligible to participate in the annual incentive program.

    The final salary offered will generally fall within this range and is dependent on various factors including but not limited to the responsibilities of the position, experience, skill set, internal pay equity and other relevant qualifications of the applicant.
