    Compensation: $80-$100k base salary with Commission structure on Team performance.

    This is an onsite position located in the Greater Dallas area.

    Position Overview:

    You are a Market Sales Leader creating, leading, and developing a sales team of Business Technology Advisors (New Business Development) that demonstrates customer-minded and consultative selling competencies in our Dallas market. Coaching team to leverage business, account planning, pipeline, and opportunity management to achieve objectives. A strong focus on performance improvement through continuous coaching. Responsible for driving results through assisting team with new business development and expanding services across the customer base.

    Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

    • Develop effective sales strategies and plans to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets.
    • Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to identify new sales opportunities and optimize sales strategies.
    • Collaborate with the executive team to define sales goals, budgets, and key performance indicators.
    • Provide guidance and support in developing sales skills, product knowledge, and customer relationship management.
    • Conduct regular performance reviews, set performance goals, and implement strategies for continuous improvement.
    • Identify and cultivate new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and relationship building.
    • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop adequate sales collateral, presentations, and proposals.
    • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective measures as necessary.
    • Develop and enforce sales processes, standards, and best practices to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
    • Provide accurate sales forecasts and regular reports on sales activities, pipeline, and revenue projections.
    • Collaborate cross-functionally with other departments, including marketing operations and customer support, to ensure a seamless customer experience and effective sales execution.
    • Coordinate with the product management team to provide market feedback and insights for new product development and enhancements.
    • Other duties as assigned by the manager.

    Qualifications

    • Six-plus years of experience selling similar products and services.
    • 5-plus years of management experience required.
    • Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience in a related field.
    • Managed IT Service background a plus.
    • Consultative/Sales experience.
    • Industry experience preferred.
    • Salesforce experience is a plus.
