    Description

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Provides patient services as a member of the Surgical team under the supervision of the Staff Physician.
    • Ensures adherence to guidelines established by the Department of Surgery and the department of nursing.

    About the Role

    This RNFA position is responsible for providing advanced clinical support to surgeons and ensuring continuity of patient care. The ideal candidate will have experience working in surgery, preferably with robotic or laparoscopic procedures.

    To be successful in this role, you will need to possess strong communication and teamwork skills, as well as the ability to engage in ongoing education and professional development.

    Requirements

    • RN, BSN degree required.
    • RN licensed in PA; RNFA certificate required.
    • Basic Cardiac Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association.

    Certifications & Licenses

    Covid Vaccination is a requirement for employment at Jefferson for employees working at Jefferson's clinical entities or at the University.
