    Key Responsibilities
    • Precision Machining: Operate CNC machines to achieve tolerances less than .001 inches, ensuring product quality and precision.
    • Programming and Tooling: Adjust machine settings, change tools, and modify programs to optimize production efficiency and meet design specifications.
    • Quality Assurance: Perform rigorous quality checks and use precision measuring instruments to maintain our high standards of production.
    • Maintenance and Improvement: Participate in preventative maintenance procedures and collaborate with the team to suggest methods for process improvement.
    • Shift Collaboration: Maintain seamless communication across shifts to ensure continuity and efficiency in production cycles.


    Requirements

    • 5+ years of experience in production machining, including extensive work with NC or CNC equipment.
    • Proficient with various CNC machine brands and controls, such as DMG Mori, Cincinnati, Mazak, Fanuc, and Siemens.
    • Solid understanding of shop mathematics and ability to read and modify CNC programs.
    • High school diploma or equivalent.

    Preferred:

    • Additional certifications or training in CNC machining or programming.
    • Prior experience in a supervisory or key operator role.
