    Job Description


    We are seeking a Content Strategist to join our team supporting a new and exciting client account in the Financial Services industry.

    As a Content Strategist, you will play a crucial role in supporting and executing on client strategies and optimizing content for business objectives.

    Your primary responsibilities will include managing editorial and social calendars for client accounts working within their provided digital tools and collaborating with copywriters and creative teams on content development across a wide range of paid/owned/earned media types including email newsletters, websites, and events.

    Experience working in content management systems (CMS), email marketing software and general SEO knowledge are considered a significant plus.

    Responsibilities:
    Strategic Planning & Execution

    Work closely with a team of brand strategists and under the direction of the Sr. Content Strategist to execute defined strategy aligned with client objectives and target audiences.
    Address client feedback and incorporate into ongoing content development processes.

    Editorial and Social Calendar Management:
    Develop and maintain editorial and social calendars for client accounts.
    Ensure timely delivery of content across various channels and platforms.
    Analyze data and performance metrics to refine strategies and improve content effectiveness.

    Work seamlessly within client digital tools to streamline the content creation and distribution processes.
    Leverage expertise in content management systems (CMS) for efficient content publishing.

    Email Newsletter Creation:
    Take the lead in the strategic development and distribution of engaging client email newsletters.
    Collaborate with design and copywriting teams to produce visually appealing and impactful newsletters.

    Partner with copywriters and creative directors to develop compelling and on-brand content.
    Conduct thorough reviews of content to ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to brand and content style guidelines.
    Implement best practices for content quality and performance optimization.

    Qualifications


    Qualifications:
    Minimum 2 years' experience in a content related field (content marketing, content strategy, editorial planning, social media management).
    Proficiency in using digital tools for content creation and distribution.
    Strong written and verbal communication skills.
    Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
    Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time-management skills.
    Experience with web design principles and working knowledge of CMS and email software a plus.

    Compensation Range:
    $64,500 - $80,500 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. For this role, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off. The Company anticipates the application deadline for this job posting will be 3/15/2024.
