- Responsible for developing and supervising talent within the RCM group and assigning work to reliability engineers based on the strategic plans for the maintenance program
- Lead team meetings and facilitate regular status reporting on assigned projects to monitor progress on meeting project and team objectives
- Work with assigned employees to develop valuable performance goals and provide ongoing feedback to team members on performance, encouraging growth and development within the team
- Develop goals for the RCM group and other aspects of the Asset Health Assurance Branch as part of the AHA leadership team
- Work with system engineers, procurement and warehouse personnel and craft employees
- Interface with government and other AEDC contracted functions
- Verify work order use and approve timecards
- Provide input to branch manager on employee reviews
- Participate in interview process as part of the AHA leadership team

- Perform other related duties as required.
- BS degree in technical area (such as ME/EE/CS/IE/MA/Physics) from an accredited university plus a minimum of 7 years of progressive and relevant engineering experience
- Experience in Reliability engineering, Asset Management/Equipment Configuration Managements and Maintenance Practices
- Current U.S. Citizenship is required.
- Strong working knowledge of CMMS (such as Oracle WAM)
- Experience and Knowledge in Microsoft office tools (especially Excel and Access)
- Experience with continuous improvement projects
- Knowledge of plant and other test and utilities equipment (valves, compressors, etc.)
- Demonstrated leadership experiences.
- Reliability Centered Maintenance and Condition Based Maintenance specific training.
- Knowledge of data collection, analysis, and presentation techniques
- Professional Society involvement and certifications (PE, PMP, CMRP, etc.)
- Ability and desire to mentor and develop diverse talent.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Active Department of Defense Secret Security Clearance

Job Description:
Work as a leader of the Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) group in the Asset Health Assurance Branch.
This group is responsible for developing the maintenance program for assets across AEDC including the asset hierarchy, asset criticality, BOMs, and reliability and maintenance programs.
It is a key part of developing a long-term reliability and maintenance program for AEDC.Job Duties:

Air Force to conduct Test and Operations Sustainment at the Arnold Engineering Development Complex (AEDC), Arnold Air Force Base, Tennessee.
National Aerospace Solutions is a limited liability company comprised of Bechtel National Inc. (as lead company) and Sierra Lobo Inc. with teaming Subcontractors nLogic Inc. and Chugach Federal Solutions Inc.AEDC operates more than 55 aerodynamic and propulsion wind tunnels, rocket and turbine engine test cells, space environmental chambers, arc heaters, ballistic ranges and other specialized units located in six states.
Many of the complex's test units have capabilities unmatched elsewhere in the United States; some are unique in the world.
AEDC is one of three installations which are part of the Air Force Test Center (AFTC), one of six subordinate commands of the Air Force Materiel Command organization and an important national resource.
AEDC's mission is to conduct developmental test and evaluation for the Nation through modeling, simulation, ground, and flight test.Execution of the mission requires a large team of highly qualified and dedicated professionals from multiple technical disciplines to effectively accomplish the objectives of our test customers.
