British Virgin IslandsRequired Qualifications and Skills:A minimum of 10 years of experience in traditional grocery retail operations.
Secondary Education with management accreditation.
Proficiency in verbal communication, numeracy, and computer skills, particularly in database management and report generation.
Demonstrated ability to problem-solve, plan strategically, and collaborate effectively both independently and within a team.
Fundamental understanding of retail product warehousing and merchandising.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
Strong cognitive abilities, including proficient problem analysis, decision-making, and financial and quantitative analysis.
