We are currently looking to hire a junior CRM Executive to work in our head office in Newcastle Upon Tyne.

• Working closely with all divisions within Venda, managing the production and delivery of CRM campaigns to both clients and candidates
• Coming up with dynamic email strategies that will increase response rates from target market
• Be responsible for continuing to build our database through various methods
• Develop a testing strategy to identify how to get optimum results from email campaigns
• Be the link between the database, marketing and consultants within the company
• Have bi-weekly progress meetings with the management team, pushing forward new ideas
• Work closely with our international office, continuing to build out our database with relevant clients and candidates in our key sectors

• Someone who is results driven, with a self-starter mindset
• 2+ years experience in a similar position (marketing campaigns etc)
• Degree in computing, marketing (or something similar)
• Experience working in a data/ marketing role and creating email campaigns
• Dynamic & enthusiastic personality with an interest in trying new things and taking on more responsibilities.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills

• £23,000 basic salary
