Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our healthcare team.

As an LPN, you will play a vital role in providing quality patient care and assisting in the overall management of patient health.

Duties:

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
• Monitor patient vital signs and report any significant changes
• Assist with patient assessments and document findings
• Provide direct patient care, including wound care, dressing changes, and catheter care
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans
• Educate patients and their families on disease management, medication administration, and selfcare techniques
• Assist with discharge planning and coordination of followup care
• Perform phlebotomy procedures and collect laboratory specimens
• Administer tube feedings as needed

*Licensed Practical Nurse needed for Corrections

• Shift-7p-7a
• 13 weeks
• 40 hrs/wk= $1,512

*Requirements:

• Minimum of 1 year exp
• BLS
