    Job Requirements


    Education Requirements:
    Nursing diploma or higher from an accredited institution


    Certifications Requirements:
    BLS, ACLS, PALS, TNCC, BCR (Basic Cardiac Rhythm) certification


    Experience Requirements:
    1+ year of emergency room nursing experience, previous travel experience preferred


    Other Requirements:
    Valid Georgia nursing license, ability to pass EKG competency exam, excellent communication skills, strong teamwork attitude

    Job Responsibilities

    Provide high-quality emergency care to diverse patient populations with acuity ranging from minor injuries to critical trauma cases.

    Monitor and interpret telemetry data, administer IV drips (Heparin, Insulin, Cardene, etc.), and perform bedside procedures following hospital protocols.

    Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams including physicians, technologists, and support staff to ensure seamless patient care and safety.

    Document all patient interactions, assessments, and treatments accurately using the EPIC EMR system.

    Maintain compliance with hospital policies, safety standards, and certification requirements while demonstrating excellent clinical judgment and communication skills.
