    Description

    Job Title: Patient Service Representative (PSR)

    This is an independent contract worker position offering a competitive fee for service and flexibility to work around your schedule.

    The Cardiac Management Solutions division of ZOLL Medical Corporation develops products to protect and manage cardiac patients, including the LifeVest wearable cardioverter defibrillator (WCD) and associated technologies.

    Heart disease is the leading cause of death for both men and women in the U.S. As a PSR, you will play a vital role in ensuring cardiac patients receive life-saving therapy.

    The LifeVest has been worn by hundreds of thousands of patients and saved thousands of lives.

    Responsibilities:

    • Contact caregivers and family members to schedule services
    • Travel to patient homes and healthcare facilities to provide services
    • Train patients and their caregivers on the use of LifeVest
    • Program LifeVest according to prescribing physician's orders
    • Measure patients and determine correct garment size
    • Review paperwork with patients and obtain signatures as necessary

    Requirements:

    • 1 year of patient care experience in a paid professional environment
    • Completion of background check, including level 2 screening for Florida and Ohio candidates
    • Disclosure of personal NPI number (if applicable)
    • Valid driver's license and car insurance or valid state ID
    • $30 annual DME fee and willingness to pay for additional vendor credentialing (if needed)

    Estimated Salary: $45,000 - $60,000 per year
