    STAFF ACCOUNTANT

    About the Opportunity
    • CFS is working with our client in the Healthcare industry to locate a Staff Accountant with experience in healthcare
    • The ideal Staff Accountant is comfortable working in a small team setting, is flexible, analytical, and highly detail oriented.
    Tasks and Responsibilities of the Staff Accountant:
    • Run queries and work in several systems
    • Data entry into spreadsheets - very detailed
    • Gather cost reports from financial systems to share with admin team
    • Help CFO with budgeting and forecasting projects on a weekly, quarterly, and yearly basis
    • Received invoices from directors to send out
    • Journal Entries to General Ledger
    • Reconciliation
    • Understanding of full cycle AP and AR
    • Planning and coordinating analytic reviews and analysis
    • Assist with monthly audit
    • Conduct reimbursement reviews
    • ROI analysis for capital projects
    • Service line analysis, pro forma reports, contract change analysis and other projects for the organization
    Candidate Qualities and Skills:
    • 2-3 years of experience
    • Bachelors in Accounting (Required)
    • GAAP knowledge
    • Self-Motivated
    • Multitasking Skills
    • Work independently
    • Extremely detail oriented
    • Healthcare Experience
    • Must be able to fully pass background check and drug screen
    • Must be able to work 100% onsite
