    Location: San Antonio, TX | Duration: 10 months
    CTG is seeking an experienced Workday Recruiting Functional Consultant to lead a team of Workday functional and integration consultants. You will collaborate with recruiters to optimize hiring processes, partner with Product Owners to define enhancements, implement new functionality, and manage testing and deployments-all within an Agile environment.
    Requirements:
    • Workday Recruiting certification with 5+ years of experience.
    • Proven experience leading functional and integration consultant teams.
    • Strong knowledge of recruiting workflows and business process configuration.
    • Experience working in Agile teams and collaborating with Product Owners.
    Education:
    • Bachelor's degree in HR, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field preferred, or equivalent experience.
    Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.
