    Were looking for motivated, fun-loving team members to come grow with usResponsibilitiesThe Facilities Coordinator reports to the Facilities Manager and is responsible for maintaining the efficient and smooth operation of the propertys facilities functions.

    + Receives, manages, and processes work order requests+ Ensures work orders are resolved in a timely and efficient manner+ Acts as a liaison between the facilities team and outside contractors+ Maintains inventory of supplies and reorders as needed+ Drafts and implements preventative maintenance schedules for buildings and equipment+ Ensures compliance with health and safety regulations throughout the propertyQualifications+ High school diploma or GED+ Minimum two years of related experience required+ Strong customer service skills+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills+ Excellent organizational skills+ Ability to perform well in a fast-paced environmentJob LocationsUS-PA-PhiladelphiaJob ID Category Maintenance#J-18808-Ljbffr
