- Support the branch manager in running the credit union branch smoothly.
- Take charge of the branch in the absence of the manager.
- Work alongside a small team of less than ten full-time employees.
- Help with day-to-day branch operations including staff scheduling and addressing inquiries on products, services, and policies.
- Ensure branch security by overseeing opening/closing procedures and handling the vault and safe deposit.
- Implement branch policies and procedures.
- Provide support as a Member Service Representative when needed.
- Take on responsibilities of a head teller such as cash ordering and balancing.
- Assume the role of a loan officer with designated authority.
- Assist in resolving account issues for staff and members.
- Promote a culture of cross-selling within the branch.
- Step in as the Branch Manager when required.
- Perform other tasks delegated by the President/CEO or Executive Management.
- Exhibit ethical conduct in all actions.
- Demonstrate strong leadership qualities.
- Show good decision-making skills.
- Possess excellent oral and written communication abilities.
- Focus on providing top-notch member service.
- Showcase exceptional skills in promoting products.
- High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
- Preferred: Associates Degree.
- Preferred: 6 Months of Member Service Experience.
