    About the Role:

    We are seeking a Senior Project Manager with a robust IT/Infrastructure background and an exceptional executive presence to lead our strategic and tactical application and infrastructure projects. This role demands a professional who is adept at navigating complex scenarios, managing stakeholder expectations, and driving projects to completion in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

    Experience & Skills:
    • Experience: Minimum of 7-10 years in the IT field, with at least 5 years in a project leadership role, responsible for project planning and implementation.
    • Executive Presence: Very strong executive demeanor with the ability to influence and engage senior management.
    • IT Infrastructure Background: Deep understanding of IT infrastructure and its strategic importance to organizational success.
    • Project Management: Proven experience in managing multiple medium to small projects concurrently, demonstrating excellence in planning, execution, and stakeholder management.
    • Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Project, Excel, Word, and Visio. Experience in a broader enterprise or cross-division business unit model is preferred.
    • Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact at all levels within the organization.
    • Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational, planning, and follow-up skills, with a keen attention to detail.
    Nice to Have:
    • Experience in Risk Management and Cybersecurity.
    • PMP Certification.
    • Knowledge and experience in Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) are highly favored.
    Education:
    • Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field. Experience with healthcare applications is a plus.
    Key Responsibilities:
    • Oversee the planning and execution of strategic IT projects, from initiation to completion.
    • Manage all project-related activities, ensuring adherence to scope, schedule, budget, and quality standards.
    • Conduct risk analysis and management, implementing effective contingency and change management strategies.
    • Foster a collaborative team environment, managing both internal resources and external contractors/vendors.
    • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, company policies, and operating procedures.
