The Sourcing-RDI intern works closely with the sourcing manager, director of RDI, development specialist, and development directors to help keep projects organized.

Responsible for cleaning up, updating operating system with pricing, current information and digital photos. Responsible for cleaning up, updating, replenishing labels/hang tags/stickers/packaging at factories and with nominated suppliers. Responsible for organizing/updating yearly stock fabric books for each factory. Responsible for inventory of Sourcing room to ensure all shapes are available for reference. Responsible for organizing current projects for current and future efficiencies.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

· Responsible for label, hang tag, sticker and packaging clean up and organizing

· Responsible for reviewing and help implementing yearly stock fabric books for each factory

· Duplicate 2 new shapes at one factory

· Source and develop 2 samples using an innovative fabric

· Responsible for daily accurate and clear communications with factories

· Responsible for inventory of the sourcing/shape room and requesting missing shapes from each factory

· Responsible for organizing projects in the RDI/Sourcing room for future efficiencies

· Works with sourcing manager, director of RDI and development teams to help keep all projects on timeline.

· Seeks out opportunities for enhanced workflow processes and automation in all areas of responsibility

· Becomes proficient with needed computer systems

Education and Experience

College degree and or equivalent work experience
