Responsibilities

• Align the work of staff and volunteers to the branch and Association's strategic plan.
• Effectively operate the facility and all program activities Manage the facility on a daily basis ensuring that regular activities and special programs run smoothly.
• Serve as staff officer to the branch Board of Managers ensures that each committee has appropriate staff leadership along with benchmarks and charts of work that are aligned with the strategic plan enables the board to participate in implementation of the strategic plan by providing information that allows it to monitor progress toward stated goals facilitates ongoing evaluation of effectiveness performance of boards fosters climate innovation develop member-focused programs which support Y mission goals strategies ensures safety maintenance high quality facilities grounds equipment directs marketing communication efforts effectively communicate benefit community serves member Y management supports overall objectives YMCA attends meetings trainings required upholds YMCA policies for
