The Assistant Director of Operations is responsible for oversight of day to day processes of the hotel's Rooms' and Food & Beverage divisions, while also assisting guests whenever necessary.
Duties and responsibilities include but not limited to:

Resolving guest concerns
·
Scheduling
·
Coaching and counseling
·
Maintaining department standards
·
Staff development
·
Supporting department managers with their respective areas.
Qualifications:
·
Must possess a true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment
·
Capable of conducting investigations & resolving quality and service complaints
·
Must have extensive customer service experience to be able to ensure excellence in service delivery
·
Ability to develop & recommend to the budget, marketing plans and objectives and manage within those approved plans
·
Strong leaderships skills to supervise Operations Departments
·
Ability to assimilate operational statistics quickly and see how they can be used to enhance position of property
·
Ability to drive increased customer service scores and leverage opportunities in efficiencies
·
Experience in developing and following standards and operating procedures.
·
Experience in conducting special projects related to Rooms and Food & Beverage divisions
·
High energy, entrepreneurial spirit, motivational leader, effective communicator, effective in providing exceptional customer service and ability to improve the bottom line
·
Able to perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Director of Operations
·
Must be available to work any shifts and days of the week
