    Description

    Resilient Flooring Solutions Company Seeks Operations Manager

    The company specializes in providing custom flooring solutions for commercial spaces, offering a wide range of products such as vinyl, rubber, luxury vinyl tiles, cork, and VCT to meet various performance needs and design preferences.

    • Work closely with the operations administrator to streamline processes
    • Lead a team comprising 2 field superintendents, 2 scheduling managers, 2 warehouse managers, and 6 in-house installers
    • Establish and maintain efficient workflows for ongoing projects
    • Develop reporting strategies to track project completion
    • Collaborate with the purchasing manager to manage material lead times and deliveries
    • Organize regular meetings to optimize the use of installation crews based on project requirements
    • Provide mentorship and guidance to staff for improved efficiency and accountability
    • Conduct performance evaluations and implement process enhancements as needed
    • Build relationships with clients and handle negotiations when necessary
