Our client is a general contractor that specializes in multifamily construction projects. They are looking to hire a Project Manager in St. Louis, Missouri.


Experience and Skills:
Must have 3-10+ years of experience as a Construction Project ManagerMust have 3-10+ years of experience with Multifamily ConstructionDevelop comprehensive project plans, including scope, budget, and timelineCoordinate project activities, ensuring effective communication among team membersPrepare and manage project budgets, ensuring accurate cost estimationMonitor project expenses, identify cost-saving opportunities, and manage financial aspectsEnsure construction activities adhere to regulatory requirements and quality standardsConduct regular inspections to ensure workmanship and materials meet project specificationsProvide regular project updates to all relevant parties, keeping them informed of progress, challenges, and resolutionsProactively identify potential issues and develop effective solutions to keep projects on trackAddress and resolve conflicts or disputes that may arise during the construction processBS in Construction Management or similar preferredBenefits:Base salary of $80,000 - $120,000, depending on experienceHealth, dental, vision401(k) with company matchVehicle and gas allowanceMuch more#J-18808-Ljbffr
