- Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments to evaluate students' cognitive, academic, social, emotional, and behavioral functioning.
- Interpret assessment results and collaborate with educational teams to develop individualized education plans (IEPs) and behavior intervention plans (BIPs) to meet students' unique needs.
- Provide counseling and crisis intervention services to support students' social-emotional well-being.
- Consult with teachers, parents, and other professionals to address students' academic and behavioral concerns.
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to the development of school-wide initiatives to promote positive school climate and student success.
- Maintain accurate and confidential records in compliance with state and federal regulations.
- Master's or Doctoral degree in School Psychology from an accredited program.
- Valid Virginia state license or eligibility for licensure as a School Psychologist.
- Previous experience working in a school setting preferred.
- Strong assessment, consultation, and intervention skills.

- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
