- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvement.
- Conduct data analysis and root cause analysis to identify areas of improvement.
- Develop and implement strategies for process optimization and waste reduction.
- Lead Lean initiatives and projects aimed at improving productivity and efficiency.
- Manage a portfolio of process improvement projects.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to continuous improvement efforts.
- Train and mentor team members on Lean principles and best practices.
- Act as a change agent, driving a culture of continuous improvement throughout the organization.
- Ensure that improvements are sustained over time through effective documentation and standardization of processes.
- Comply with company policies and support company activities that improve competitive financial performance, regulatory compliance, and community acceptance.
- Travel: Occasional travel may be required (conferences, trade shows, etc.)
- Minimum: Bachelor's degree in engineering (Industrial, Mechanical, or Manufacturing) or a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Quick learner with the ability to adapt to changing circumstances.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team and successfully leverage internal and external resources.
- Working knowledge of MS Office Suite, MS Project, Tableau, and basic statistical tools.
- Ability to handle multiple projects and assignments, prioritize and meet budgets and deadlines, and achieve objectives.
- Bilingual proficiency in (English and Spanish) to effectively communicate with diverse teams.
- Professional certification in Lean or Six Sigma and project management.
- 2-5 years of Continuous Improvement experience in discrete manufacturing.

Position Overview:
