Job Description

Bistro Food Service Associates are friendly and reliable. They are involved in customer service, food preparation, cleaning, barista/bartending duties, and sometimes event preparation. A cheerful demeanor, team orientation, and customer service skills are needed for this position. Experience in food service is not necessary if you are ready to learn
Two shifts are available, morning and evening. Evening associates must be at least 21 years old.

Compensation:

$14

Responsibilities:

Performs outlet opening or closing duties.
Ensures adherence to corporate and local guidelines, policies, and procedures.
Conducts Bistro activities to ensure quality production/delivery of product/service.
Interacts with guests frequently to ensure satisfaction and enjoyment of the dining experience.
Supervises completion of required set up / preparation, at the beginning of shift and clean up restocking at the end of shift.
Inspects all equipment prior to, during, and at the end of shift, and addresses any needed repairs.
Inventories supplies at the beginning of the shift, and obtains supplies necessary to support forecasted level of business.
Other duties as assigned including needs of function room and events.

Qualifications:

Experience in food preparation is not required, but an open and learning attitude is required.
Ability to prioritize and multitask.
Excellent customer service skills.
Ability to take direction from supervisor.
Ability to work either morning (5:30a-11:00a) or evening shifts (4:30-11:00p), flexibility is a big plus.
