- Authoring and reviewing processes and procedures
- Collaborate with development teams to gather requirements and understand process workflows
- Develop and maintain process documentation, including standard operating procedures, guidelines and best practices
- Identify opportunities to automate manual processes and streamline workflows
- Conduct process assessments to ensure compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements
- Provide training and support to teams on process-related topics, tools and methodologies
- 2-4 year degree in Business Administration, Computer Science or Information Technology, or related field
- Minimum 5 years experience in quality management
- Experience implementing ISO 9001
- Must be able to implement flexible processes
- Demonstrate project management skills with multiple on-going projects, training and technical writing experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Familiarity with Google Docs, Confluence, Jira, or similar software
- Familiarity of AS91000, CASA part 175, DO-200B is a plus
- A background in aviation is highly valued, but not required
