- Draft and execute test plans and procedures
- 3-5 years of experience as a business or report analyst
- Experience with object-oriented programming and data analysis programs
- Expertise in using Tableau or other visualization tools
- Analytical skills that allow for the development of data-driven reports
- Demonstrated ability to manage time and prioritize projects to meet deadlines
- Ability to use SQL and Microsoft Excel to create pivot tables, graphs, and charts
- Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively relate data to coworkers
- Excellent critical thinking skills to help solve business problems and make decisions
- Tendency to pay close attention to small details that could impact results
- General knowledge of business operations, objectives, strategies, process, and information flow

With our rapidly growing customer base and project portfolio, we are expanding our team of implementation experts who drive delivery of projects for our customers. The Customer Operations and Services group works closely with internal and external customer teams to deploy Biofourmis solutions and maximize the value derived by our customers. Within the Customer Operations and Services group, the Customer Reporting team plays a key client-facing role and works in close collaboration with Customer Success and Engineering teams to deliver high-quality reports, analytics, and data visualizations to internal and external client end-users. This position can be remote within the US.
We are seeking a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst with experience in organizing and presenting data for both internal and external users. The individual should demonstrate client-focused solutioning and basic understanding of project and program management concepts. The individual will be responsible for collating data from various sources, normalizing and cleaning data, building targeted reports to support internal and external end users, and contributing to the continuous improvement and automation of these tasks.
