    What You'll Be Doing

    • Operate and monitor plant equipment, machinery, and control systems.
    • Perform routine equipment checks, inspections, and adjustments.
    • Record accurate production and process data throughout the shift.
    • Troubleshoot basic equipment issues and support maintenance activities.
    • Conduct quality checks and ensure products meet specifications.
    • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area following 5S standards.
    • Follow all safety procedures, policies, and environmental regulations.
    • Communicate effectively with supervisors, maintenance, and team members during shift changeovers.

    What We Are Looking For

    • High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
    • Experience in a manufacturing, industrial, or processing environment.
    • Ability to follow established procedures and read gauges/instruments.
    • Strong attention to detail and situational awareness.
    • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on feet for extended periods

    Work Environment

    • Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
