Position: Senior Product Engineer (Film Deposition Materials/ Electronics)

Location: Tuas (Transport pick up at designated pick up point: Khatib / Jurong East / Lakeside)

Working hours: 5 days / Mon - Fri 7:35am - 4:35pm

Salary (Commensurate with experience): Up to $7000 Basic + AWS + Group Insurance

Duration: Perm

Industry: Manufacturer of thin film materials

Main Responsibilities:

1. Development of new products, process control, pricing policies, and process improvement which includes development of new initiatives to sustain market competitiveness for both acquisition and retention of existing clients/New clients.
2. Responsible for managing and implementing product marketing activities through research, strategic planning, and implementation.
3. Supports Sales in specifications and applications review, business development, costing, and evaluation of new product requirements.
4. Manage from concept to design, sample production, testing, forecast, cost, mass production, promotion, support, and finally, product end of life.
5. Delivers the operating plan: the achievement of growth objectives, including market share, revenue, profit, and return on investment for all the business and key customers.

Requirements:

1. Candidate must possess at least Professional Degree in Chemical Engineering, Material Science, or equivalent
2. At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
3. Experience in SAP/ ERP
4. Good knowledge of Sputtering Process a plus; Knowledge of Thin Film Deposition Materials in Semiconductor & Magnetic Data Storage an advantage
5. Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Chinese clients who can converse in Mandarin only
