- Assist Finance to provide start to finish financial support on ARS programs and ensure the accuracy of program data entered into Deltek Costpoint.
- Assist Finance to maintain detailed Excel trackers for ARS programs containing actuals and projections that are communicated with Program Managers
- Assist Finance to assess funding and project hours for each program and communicate with Program Manager and Contracts to request additional funding as needed
- Assist Finance maintain projects in Costpoint to ensure updated funding and changes are implemented in the system
- Assist Accounting and Finance complete month end close in a timely manner
- Complete new employee configuration in Costpoint to guarantee employee is charging the correct project
- Review and approve expense reports and expense authorizations to align with contractual requirements and proper billing
- Must be a US citizen
- Pursuing a degree in Accounting or Finance
- Excel experience
- Good communication skills
- Ability to meet deadlines as provided
- Other duties as assigned
