ARS is currently looking for a full-time Finance Assistant in our Beavercreek, OH office

Responsibilities:

• Assist Finance to provide start to finish financial support on ARS programs and ensure the accuracy of program data entered into Deltek Costpoint.
• Assist Finance to maintain detailed Excel trackers for ARS programs containing actuals and projections that are communicated with Program Managers
• Assist Finance to assess funding and project hours for each program and communicate with Program Manager and Contracts to request additional funding as needed
• Assist Finance maintain projects in Costpoint to ensure updated funding and changes are implemented in the system
• Assist Accounting and Finance complete month end close in a timely manner
• Complete new employee configuration in Costpoint to guarantee employee is charging the correct project
• Review and approve expense reports and expense authorizations to align with contractual requirements and proper billing
• Must be a US citizen

Requirements:

• Pursuing a degree in Accounting or Finance
• Excel experience
• Good communication skills
• Ability to meet deadlines as provided
• Other duties as assigned
