    About the Role:

    We are looking for a talented, passionate, and motivated Product Enablement Specialist to join the Coro Academy team. You will become a subject matter expert (SME) on Coro's products and enable our various teams and partners with training and content to support Coro's growth.

    Responsibilities:

    • Articulate product positioning and competitive differentiation to both business and technical users ranging from individual contributors to VPs to C-level executives
    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as a team in a fast-paced environment
    • Be a Coro SME, tasked with training internal and external resources on all matters Coro
    • Deep product understanding as well as a cybersecurity and sales and/or training & development background to help explain Coro's product
    • Create various types of content for training and education purposes
    • Working with various departments such as Revenue, Product, R&D, Product Marketing & Marketing, to ensure that messaging is aligned
    • Remote and In-person training of both strategic and large partners (travel expected)


    Skills and Experience:

    • Minimum of 3 years in a SaaS product-focused sales engineering, technical enablement, L&D or product marketing role
    • Cyber-security industry background preferred
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
    • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
    • Excellent in-person and virtual presentation skills
    • Ability to communicate professionally in written responses to emails, RFPs, and when submitting reports
    • Knowledge of Cloud Services such as Office 365, G-Suite
    • Knowledge of threats focused on Cloud Security
